Safe Food Handling (SFH)

SNP Coordinators must be trained in Safe Food Handling and hold a valid SFH Certificate.

All Student Nutrition Program volunteers are strongly encouraged to study the Safe Food Handling materials (see link). Brant Food For Thought offers the opportunity to write the Safe Food Handling Exam as provided by the Brant County Health Unit at no charge.
